Golf Course Maintenance

At CGCS, we believe that understanding the expectations of the customer is paramount for a successful maintenance operation. Assisting in the development of the maintenance guidelines while understanding the needs of the course and related business environment will ensure that a clear understanding between the club and maintenance provider is assured. This is only accomplished by a comprehensive maintenance evaluation, a thorough time and motion study, and accurate assessment of the needs of the clients.

Current and past management programs will be evaluated and adjusted to current technology and course needs. This will be accomplished by taking and reviewing soil and tissue tests, acreage analysis, looking at the equipment inventory and condition, and asset assessment of the course.

It will be our goal and responsibility to develop a comprehensive management program to meet or exceed the customer’s expectation by thorough analysis and presentation of this information and findings to the club.
